Life update

I was reminded tonight by my cousin that I hadn't updated my blog in a week or two. Life happens. Thank you, Becky!!!!! :-)
Everything is going pretty normal here. Brian is in Montana for the week, the boys are in school, Isabeau is trying to get more freedom as she has learned to ride a bike (with training wheels). She rolls around the house (we live on a corner), down to "the sisters" and across the street to a friends house. Now I just have to teach her to tell time so she knows when it's too early to go!!!!
I am in a group of ladies that do freezer meal swaps. Once a month the 10 of us make up 10 meals (each of us make 10 meals) and then swap with each other. Tomorrow is our swap so today I spent 4 hours making 10 pans of 3-cheese, sausage lasagna! I don't want to see lasagna for awhile now!!!!!! I've been doing this for several months and the few hours each month I spend is well worth it when I have 10 different meals ready to be heated and served on those busy days when I just can't fit anything else in! There is everything from breakfast burritos to enchiladas to soups to lasagna to mac and cheese. We have always had a good variety. There are certain rules we follow so noone feels like they have put more into it than someone else. It is working out very well. We commit to 3 months at a time so if someone needs to drop out, they can. I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else has done for this month!! I better drag those breakfast burritos out for tomorrow so I finish off last month's supply!!!
